In consideration of AMJ Equipment Corporation providing access to “Confidential Information” to Employee. The Employee agrees the Employee shall, and shall cause each of his or her Representatives to keep the Confidential Information confidential. Any and all information obtained from AMJ Equipment Corporations website is deemed Confidential Information. Confidential Information means (i) all information relating in any manner to AMJ Equipment Corporation or its business, including, but not limited to projections, customer identities, potential customers, employees, suppliers, servicing methods, equipment, programs, strategies, analyses, profit margins, financial statements, budgets and other proprietary information, however documented, that has been, or may later be (A) provided or shown to Employee by or on behalf of AMJ Equipment Corporation or any of its Representatives or (B) obtained from review of documents or property of, or communications with, the AMJ Equipment Corporation (or its Representatives) by the Employee or his or her Representatives; and (ii) any and all notes, analyses, compilations, studies, summaries and other material, however documented, containing or based, in whole or in part, on any information accessed through an AMJ Equipment Corporation resource. The Employee shall give prompt written notice to AMJ Equipment Corporation of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information and shall assist the Company in remedying each unauthorized use or disclosure.
